Plan

Week 1

  • Define 1 ultimate goal you want to achieve after the 30-day fitness challenge.
  • Measure yourself or your skills (if you for example want to work on your endurance).
  • Make a plan based on what you want to achieve. Do something every day, even if it’s small. Consistency is the key.
  • Share the above with our accountability group to keep each other in check.

Week 2 / 3 / 4

  • Reflect
    • What went well in the previous week?
    • What could be improved?
    • What will you do differently in the upcoming week?
    • What would help you to achieve your goals?
  • Daily missions
    • Day 1: Do 10 burpees!
    • Day 2: Make and eat a salad of your choice!
    • Day 3: Go for a run!
    • Day 4: Do at least 10 minutes of hip-related exercises or stretching!
    • Day 5: Do 50 sit-ups!
    • Day 6: Make and eat a salad of your choice!
    • Day 7: Go for at least a 30-minute walk!
