Plan
Week 1
- Define 1 ultimate goal you want to achieve after the 30-day fitness challenge.
- Measure yourself or your skills (if you for example want to work on your endurance).
- Make a plan based on what you want to achieve. Do something every day, even if it’s small. Consistency is the key.
- Share the above with our accountability group to keep each other in check.

- Day 6: Make and eat a salad of your choice!
- Day 7: Go for at least a 30-minute walk!
