There was a time when journaling was a part of my daily routine. It helped me tremendously when I was not feeling at my best.
I loved doing it because it was healing to put my thoughts on paper but also because I wanted to capture my journey at its happiest, worst and everything in between.
However, when I got really busy last year with my work, I didn’t find any energy and motivation to do so regularly anymore.
I didn’t have checks on myself anymore and it just went down the road pretty quickly again. That’s why I want to start this challenge and write more as I have so many thoughts but I have a hard time expressing them to others.
